Finally, a name.

I have told you all we would let you know when we finally came up with a name for our sweet man, and we have finally reached a decision. (HOORAY!) His name is "Dalen Luke Ragsdale" (pronounced phonetically like "DAY-len").

There is no significance to the name other than we just love it, and we like our names to be a little different! :) We knew a guy in college with this name and it kind of stuck with us. I am happy for my little man to carry his Daddy's name because his Daddy is a strong/loving/sensitive/hard-working man. (I could go on forever listing adjectives about my sweet Luke..).

We are so happy to be able to refer to him by name now. :)

Dalen Luke Ragsdale....our little prince.

Yay name! I think we are going to wait until our little guy is born to surprise everyone. But it took FOREVER for us to finally agree on one. We decided over a month ago for sure (we've had it down to two for the past few months), but just couldn't figure out how to tell people. So I guess we'll just keep waiting until his big debut! Unless Ryan's step-mom continues to peer pressure us and Ryan blurts it out at Thanksgiving or something!

Love the name Dalen Luke! We too used Daddys name as the middle name. I think its a great idea!! And of course I love original names...as we choose Rylan Hunter. Keep the updates coming. You and I are very close now. Only 3 months!!!

What a cool name!!! We like different names too! Our fav girl name is now on the top 5 list of girl names, but according to my brother and now Tony we dont have to worry about girl names because I will have 3 boys. So happy for you and your family! :)
